Booked a room with a shower. A TV and tea/coffee were much appreciated. Amazing and beautiful location in a green area, met the purpose. It was also close enough to the Bar/Restaurant, and most things.

Location: the hotel was really close to the pond with ducks and peacocks, a quiet area & spacious, and bar/restaurant.

Little and exceptionally friendly hotel, sensational breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Outstanding rooms, good bathrooms, quiet beds. The breakfast for fresh coffee in cafetiere. Lovely area, stunning and great location, close enough to Brighton, and a green area.
